Rightsizing is different for everyone. I started using the term when I was working with homebuyers looking to "downsize." But they always had a funny look on their faces, like downsizing was going to be difficult and painful. So I suggested they try the word "rightsizing" instead.
Rightsizing can be UP or DOWN, becaue it's specific to you and your needs at any particular point in your life.
